Hola,
Tammy has been kind enough to provide us with some alternate research avenues so, I'm going to provide the link for you here as well as invite you to access the document in Google Drive via email. I know this is a new format for you all but, once you get the hang of it, its so efficient.

See you all this evening.

Fellow Geekologists,
Wanted to know if you were available to meet this Monday for a Google Hangout? Or if not just a simple chat or text session? I think we should brainstorm some basic ideas and start researching particular areas. For instance, how do we present this topic to the class? What topics do we cover? How can we streamline our presentation? I think we should all compile some ideas and then throw them up for discussion and complete a concrete outline for our project so, if you could all come up with some basic topics for discussion, that would be great. For example, I'm looking at computer ethics (internet privacy, social networking, etc.) as well as online plagiarism (.ed, .org & .gov vs. .com). I'm also looking into an interesting topic I found while browsing which tests the limits of technology in regards to the level of trust invested in that technology. (Robot interface, electrodes, etc). Fascinating. But does it create social constructs? Is it ethical? Check it out.

So perhaps you guys could come up with some ideas this weekend that we can discuss on Mon (if Mon is a good day for everyone)?

Hola,
Just thought we should set up a time and date for meetings? I'd like to get moving on this project and knock it out a.s.a.p. I'm here in Seattle (PST) so I am usually free during the day between 10- 4pm M-W and 9-5pm TR&F. I can be available on Sundays but, the football gods prefer I watch the New England Patriots every week (slight possibility I'll be at the actual game this Sunday). So, throw out some suggestions por favor or (s'il vous plait si vous preferez francaises), and we can nail down a schedule. Mahalo,

Greetings Geeks and Geekettes,
Just wanted to post a welcome to get the ball rolling. I'm not quite sure how to edit various sections of the layout (the weird blue headings and gray subheadings) so if you want to take a crack at it, feel free. Everyone has editing privs, so any tweeks you want to make to the blog is welcome. I'm going to post this little tidbit I found using ERIC in hopes we can get some content and discussion going. http://catalog2.nmsu.edu:2104/ehost/pdfviewer/pdfviewer?vid=3&hid=125&sid=b6e752b5-b520-4e08-b9c4-380cf66e1ee1%40sessionmgr115
